It’s been a long ride, but Harry Styles’s former Hollywood Hills pad has sold after roughly nine months on the market and several price cuts. The modern house was listed last October for just under $8 million but didn’t find a buyer until last month, finally changing hands several days ago in a $6.77 million deal, per Mansion Global.

Selling Sunset star Emma Hernan of The Oppenheim Group listed the property, which was featured in the sixth season of the Netflix series. In the show, Hernan described the property, which boasts panoramic views and the ultimate in indoor-outdoor living, as “one of the most impressive, beautiful homes in the Hills.” Aside from installing an integrated audio system and glossy alabaster finishing to the floors, Styles certainly left his unique mark on the property. “He left a lot, like, hundreds of pairs of shoes. Like, heels,” Hernan remarked on the series before adding, “I think they’re gone now.”

In 2016, the former One Direction member paid $6.9 million for the 4,401-square-foot dwelling, which is nestled amongst greenery on a gated lot right above the Sunset Strip. The pop star listed the four-bedroom, six-bathroom house 18 months later for $8.5 million, preferring to spend more time in London and his then-new Tribeca apartment

Although it’s a truly impressive property, the 1946-built structure languished on the market and underwent several price cuts before selling in 2019 for $6 million–a nearly $1 million loss for Styles.
