Justin Charette Design (JCD) crafts modern, crisp, and comfortable spaces while keeping clients’ lifestyle needs at the forefront. Integrating function is key without sacrificing a finely edited and tailored environment, where natural materials are celebrated and comfort is always top of mind.A native New Yorker, Justin Charette’s discerning eye and decisive nature have served him well in the design industry for more than a decade. Charette studied at the New York School of Interior Design and Fashion Institute of Technology. Shortly after graduating, he joined the team at BR Guest Hospitality in New York City, where he headed the decor program prior to starting his eponymous firm. JCD is currently expanding its reach to include work nationwide. Charette is now working on projects throughout the United States, a few favorites of which include an East Village penthouse; a Miami Beach oceanfront condo; a sprawling midcentury home in Palm Springs; a Soho loft; and an architectural gem in East Hampton, Long Island. Charette resides in the Gramercy Park area of New York City with his husband Alexander and miniature schnauzer, Finland.
