Ann Perkins would surely make a good landlord, right? Parks and Recreation star Rashida Jones is seeking a tenant for her traditional-style home in southern California, per Realtor.com. In a coveted locale near West Hollywood Park, the 1935-built dwelling is tucked behind a gated white picket fence and tall hedges. The actor, who stars in Apple TV’s new dystopian drama Silo, is asking a monthly rent of $11,000 for the three-bedroom, three-bathroom abode.

The sweet single-story residence was recently restored and features all-white interiors with light wide-plank hardwood floors and casement windows. In the front yard, a brick path winds beneath a dreamy ivy-covered arbor and up to a covered front patio. Through a jet black front door, an airy sun-filled space hosts both the kitchen, which offers an eat-in Carrara marble island and rows of open shelving, as well as a living area, complete with a fireplace painted to match the all-white interiors.

A walk-in closet and a simple bathroom with a walk-in shower and white subway tile round out the primary suite, which also has french doors leading out to an intricately-tiled patio with an Old-World–style wall fountain. Behind the main house, a converted garage provides an additional bathroom and is topped by a stark white vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors comprise one wall, while another is lined with built-in storage and open shelving, making it a great would-be gym or studio.

Listing details indicate that Jones picked up the charming abode for $1.24 million way back in 2007, shortly after being cast as a guest star on The Office. In 2016, the Los Angeles native bought a 40-acre estate in Ojai, California for $3.2 million and lived there with her boyfriend, Vampire Weekend frontman Ezra Koenig, and their young son Isaiah, until selling it for $4.8 million last year.
