Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady relocated from New England to sunny Florida in 2020, when Brady began his stint with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Three years and a Super Bowl win later, the former power couple has split, but both the NFL legend and the supermodel seem to be doing pretty, well, super, on the Florida real estate front: Brady has reportedly scored a spot in a known Miami-area billionaire’s haven, and Bündchen just closed on a $9.1 million home in Southwest Ranches, a suburban community located about an hour’s drive from Miami on the eastern edge of the Everglades. The 7.5-acre property houses both a 5,183-square-foot main house as well as a guest apartment.

Verdant lawns surround the stately red brick abode. Its traditional exterior contrasts starkly with its bright, modern interior aesthetic, complete with a floating glass staircase and an airy open concept. On the nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom home’s first floor is an expansive living room which features a fireplace and a large white sectional sofa. Nearby, the abode’s gourmet kitchen is anchored by an oversized island with a breakfast bar and countertops of Italian Calacatta quartz. Elsewhere on the first floor, the ground-level primary suite comes with its own seating area and a spacious walk-in closet to house the supermodel’s enviable wardrobe.

In addition to its stunning interiors, the home boasts a number of luxurious outdoor amenities, including a state-of-the-art equestrian rink and 10 horse stalls—which Bündchen presumably intends to make ample use of, given the supermodel has been photographed out on horseback and has also been spotted by paparazzi cheering on her daughter Vivian at her riding lessons in the Miami area. Elsewhere on the grounds are tennis courts, a soccer pitch, and the home’s palm tree-lined pool area, which embodies a resort-like atmosphere with its spouting water features and plenty of lounge seating.
